Terms and Conditions

  

Welcome to A Million Reasons! By booking with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these carefully before confirming your rental.


Rental Agreement

  • Upon booking, a deposit of $100 per rental item is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due at time of drop-off or setup.
  • All rentals are for a single event and must be returned or made available for pick-up at the end of the agreed-upon rental period. Late returns may incur additional fees.


Cancellations and Refunds

  • If you need to cancel your event, you may receive a full refund of your deposit provided that the cancellation is made more than 5 days before the event date.
  •  Cancellations made within 5 days of the event will result in the forfeiture of your deposit, unless an alternative date can be agreed upon. 


Care and Responsibility

  • All rental items must be used with care. Damaged, lost, or stolen items will be charged to the renter at their full replacement value.
  • The renter is responsible for ensuring that all items are returned in the same condition in which they were received.


Delivery and Setup

  • Delivery, set-up, and pick-up services are included in the rental fee. Days and times will be arranged at the time of booking.
  • The renter is responsible for ensuring safe and accessible locations for the delivery and set-up of items.


Liability

  • A Million Reasons is not responsible for any injury, damage, or loss of property that may occur during the use of rental items. It is the renter’s responsibility to ensure that items are used safely and appropriately.


Payment Terms

  • Payments can be made via Venmo, Zelle, Cash, or check. A deposit of $100 per rental item will be collected at time of booking, the remaining balance is due at time of drop-off or setup.
  • Late payments may result in cancellation of the booking without refund.


Modifications

  • A Million Reasons reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated prior to bookings.


By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.


Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy: A deposit of $100 per rental item is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. If you need to cancel your event, you may receive a full refund of your deposit, provided that the cancellation is made more than 5 days prior to the event date. Cancellations made within 5 days of the event will result in forfeiture of the deposit unless an alternative date can be agreed upon by both parties.
